netres was a three year residency programme, initiated by Sparwasser HQ and involving other hosts, namely Signal in Malmö, rum46 in Århus and UKS in Oslo. it was supported by Nordic Culture Point in 2008-2010.
Sparwasser HQ wished to stimulate the communication between artists and the platform in Berlin AND to start a conversation about organisation of programs and residencies. It was intended to be a place for open ended spontanious dialogue and experimentation in our time of change and transition.
