______projects
In her 3-month research residency from Sparwasser HQ and Nordic Culture Point, together with the team of Sparwasser HQ she has researched, co-planned and co-curated experimental editorial workshop Encyclopaedia of Anticipation involving independent artistic initiatives from in and outside of Berlin - Skulpturenpark, Linus Elmes, Faculty of Invisibility, Michael Baers and Manuel Raeder. The workshop coincided with the preparations for coming book about Sparwasser HQ as a practice - the discussions were a survey on the practice of self-publishing of heterogenous independent artistic and curatorial initiatives. During the residency, she also co-initiated a network for Nordic/Baltic freelance curators in order to build missing support structures for experimentation, a project also supported by the Nordic Culture Point.
______project: Encyclopaedia of Anticipation
The Encyclopedia of Anticipation was an inquiry into the forms of publishing that can function as a platform for making the process of representation and self-institutionalization present in the publication format itself. The central idea was to problematize the act of history writing:to seek for methods that would be as dynamic as this history has been and still is, and ways for the community of other producers to get engaged in the editorial process. During the workshop, various actors shared their motivations and experience in this field. Read more here.
