Working with Multiplicity of Voices | Michael Baers
Michael Baers’ recent practice as an artist has mainly been publication-based, combining text and image that has been presented in the exhibition context in a sculptural way. His works for publication are often investigative as well as discursive, and bare as much of a connection to the essay form as to pictorial narrative traditions.
The discussions concerned the questions on different methods of writing - "ghost writing", automatic writing, etc. and ways the multitude of voices can be given space in a specific narrative, a text piece or a publication.
