Auto Centre

Run by artists Maik Schierloh and Joep van Liefland in Friedrichshain. This is an unconventional exciting space, set to an ex-industrial backdrop. The exhibition space is a large white room, within an open yard, concealed behind steal gates. Open in 2002, this is another space which opens to the public only on previewing nights, and by appointment following that. This space has hosted a varied list of artists and shows, including painting, performance, bands, installations, selecting from proposals, internationally.
