THE AZORRO GROUP VISITS SPARWASSER HQ

VIDEO SCREENING (DURATION 85 MINUTES)

ARTISTS TALK AT 8:45PM

Before joining together, the four artists who make up Azorro each gained individual recognition as specialists of art and art media. As a group, they bring together diverse skills in installation, objects, performance, photography, painting, and video arts.

The members of Azorro collaborated first in 2001, producing the short film "We Like it a lot." They submitted this film to the "4 rooms" exhibition in Bunkier Sztuki, Kraków, and were pleased to receive critical acclaim for their work. Through the production of several other joint projects, it became clear the artists worked well together, and that sharing artistic responsibility produced provoking results. They decided to formalize the relationship and Azorro was born. Azorro's aim is the generation of delight, understood as the entelechy of communication.
