Eoghan McTigue, Biography 2006
Eoghan McTigue is an artist born in Galway, Ireland in 1969 currently based
in Berlin. He has completed residencies at the Nordic Institute for Contemporary
Art in Helsinki (2001), Kunst-Werke Berlin (2002) and COLAB Art and Architecture
in Bangalore India (2005). Recent solo projects include 'Here After' as part
of The Douglas Hyde Gallery 3 projects at Newman House, Dublin (2006), 'Parade
Ground', COLAB, Bangalore (2006), 'Fragments of Another Language', Galerie Kuttner
Siebert, Berlin (2005). Forthcoming projects include 'Enthusiasm' a radio broadcast
as part of the Frieze Art Fair, London (2006), European Month of Photography
at the Philip Johnson House, Berlin, (2006), MOP Projects, Sydney (2006).
